What our guests says about facilities

Butuan Grand Palace Hotel offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Delicious Breakfast Buffet

I loved the daily breakfast buffet at the hotel. There was a variety of food options, and it was more than enough to fill my stomach. I particularly enjoyed the chicken tocino, scrambled eggs, and delectable fruits. A perfect start to my morning!

Clean and Spacious Room

My room was clean and spacious, surpassing my expectations. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee facilities provided. Though I wished for a hairdryer, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the bed made my stay enjoyable.

Fantastic Swimming Pool

The swimming pool area was a highlight of my stay. I loved the deep pool for adults, and it added a refreshing touch to my vacation. I do think it would benefit from more frequent cleaning to enhance the experience, but it was still relaxing.

Child-Friendly Experience

The hotel provided great amenities for children, especially the pool, which my son enjoyed tremendously. It was great to have a family-friendly environment, adding to the positivity of our stay.
